\nIn 1994, when King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, was the Governor of Riyadh, his visionary leadership guided the establishment of Riyadh Development Company for the development of Riyadh\u2019s Qasr Al-Hukm area. HRH also became the first Honorary Chairman of the company\u2019s Board of Directors following the issuance of Royal Decree No. (M\/2) dated 09\/02\/1414H, establishing ARDCO as a Saudi joint-stock company.\n
