  6. To vote on disbursing an amount of SAR 1,800,000 as a reward for members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending 12\/31\/2022.<\/li>\n
  7. To vote on the Board of Directors\u2019 decision to distribute cash dividends during the first half of the year 2022 of SAR 44,444,444.25, indicating (25) Halalas per share, which represents (2.5%) of the nominal value of one share.<\/li>\n

To vote on the Board of Directors\u2019 recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the year 2022 of SAR 44,444,444.25, indicating (25) Halalas per share, which represents (2.5%) of the nominal value of one share, provided that the eligibility is for the shareholders who own the shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly meeting and those registered in the company\u2019s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the date of dividend distribution will be announced later.<\/li>\n
