His Highness Prince PhD. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf,
Mayor of Riyadh Region – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Development Company
His Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, PhD, has served as the Mayor of the Riyadh Region since 2019.
He is the Chairman of the Board for several organizations and companies, including Riyadh Holding Company, Riyadh Development Company, the Riyadh Infrastructure Project Center (RIPC), Remat Riyadh Development Company, and the Arab Urban Development Institute (AUDI).
His Highness is also an active member of numerous Boards of Directors and official committees, including the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, and Qiddiya Investment Company.
His Highness holds a PhD in Urban Planning and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York, a second master’s degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Planning from King Saud University.

Mr. Jehad Abdulrahman Alkadi

Jehad Alkadi has been the CEO of Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” since December 2021. He joined ARDCO with over 20 years of experience in the financial and investment sectors. During his career, he held several leadership positions in several entities, including the Public Investment Fund – PIF, SEDCO Capital, Jadwa Investment, and the Saudi National Bank.
He is also a member of several boards of directors, including JLL Saudi Arabia where he heads the board as its Chairman. He is also a member of the board of directors of Dur Hospitality, the Saudi Economic Association, in addition to many affiliated boards and committees.
Jehad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University in Riyadh, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Hult International Business School, and he successfully completed several executive programs in a number of prestigious universities such as Harvard Business School, London Business School, IMD Business School, and IE University in Madrid.
