Entrepreneur-Enabling Initiative for Entering Public Benefit Markets

An agreement has been signed with Monshaat organization and the Social Development Bank to launch an initiative empowering entrepreneurs and freelancers to enter public good markets. This includes rehabilitation and training courses for applicants, as well as financial support from the Social Development Bank.

Saudization Support Initiative and Facilitating Work Contract Subscriptions in the Market with Easy Payment Mechanisms:

At Riyadh Development Company, we offer both theoretical and practical training for national talent in the real estate broker profession. We provide 50% discount on courses for Saudis through the Entrepreneur Empowerment Initiative in Public Good Markets. Additionally, we offer discounts of up to 10% on the annual rent for all contractors in refrigeration (87 tenants) if they commit to fully employing Saudis.

As part of our commitment to social and environmental responsibility, our company works to adopt the best sustainable practices that reflect our keenness to achieve a balance between economic goals, environmental protection, community support and enhancing governance.   • Waste management: We have implemented a digital archiving policy and avoided the use of paper in our daily operations to reduce paper waste.
  • Energy management: All buildings are equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting, which contributes to reducing our carbon footprint.
  • Use of technology: We rely on the Building Management System (BMS) to control and use resources efficiently and reduce energy consumption.
  • Reducing waste: We are committed to reducing water waste (35%) and food waste (30%) to just 10% by 2030, while contributing 60% of the Kingdom’s food security.

  • Local community support: A partnership was established with the Khairat Association for Preserving Grace, which targets a project to reduce waste and preserve surplus fresh produce, which contributes to improving the lives of individuals in our local community.
  • Skills development and vocational training: We provide ongoing training courses for our employees to raise their professional competence and enhance their personal development.
