From Our Rich Legacy to Promising Horizons

In 1994, when King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, was the Governor of Riyadh, his visionary leadership guided the establishment of Riyadh Development Company for the development of Riyadh’s Qasr Al-Hukm area. HRH also became the first Honorary Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors following the issuance of Royal Decree No. (M/2) dated 09/02/1414H, establishing ARDCO as a Saudi joint-stock company.

Riyadh Development Company is a public joint-stock company specializing in real estate development, in addition to business operations and car auctions.

The company has charted a path for itself with a clear direction aimed at achieving high and sustainable profitability. Since its inception, Riyadh Development Company has contributed to a better life for Riyadh’s citizens, residents, traders, and consumers. It has integrated national competencies and attracted global expertise to build an ambitious future with no limits.
