Otaiqah Central Market
Location
Its area exceeds 186,000 sqm, with the first phase having opened in 2016 and the second phase in 2019.
It is considered to be one of the historically significant markets in Riyadh Region. It was developed in partnership with Riyadh Municipality, the landowner, through a build-operate agreement, followed by the transfer of ownership. The Market offers a variety of options for different types of consumers, including families, individuals, and small to medium-sized businesses, covering their needs in the areas of vegetables, fruits, dates, meat, fish, and roasters.

Location
We, at Riyadh Development Company, developed the market in 1998 within a plot of land that we owned, covering an area of approximately 274,000 sqm in the Al-Aziziyah District of Riyadh.
It is one of the largest wholesale markets for Fresh Produce in the Middle East and plays a pivotal role in the Kingdom's food security by supplying markets across the Kingdom with both local and imported Fresh Produce. It also contributes to the export operations to markets in neighboring countries.

AlTameer Bus Terminal
Location
At Riyadh Development Company, we developed the Intercity Transport Station on an area of around 148,000 sqm, fully owned by ARDCO, in Riyadh’s Al-Aziziyah District. The station was inaugurated in 2001 and is considered to be the largest intercity land transport station in the Middle East. The station includes commercial outlets to meet the requirements of travelers, offices for international transportation companies, and provides Hajj and Umrah services as well.

AlTameer International Car Auction
Location
Riyadh Development Company developed the auction site on a plot of land which it owns. The land covers 241,000 sqm and is located east of Riyadh. The site was inaugurated in 2007 and includes 9 bidding lanes for vehicles, supported by a storage area that can house over 20,000 cars.
The auction site provides vehicle display facilities and listing services in an environment that meets the needs of financial institutions in KSA.

The company has also developed a number of commercial, residential, and public utility projects in downtown Riyadh, in addition to serving as the main developer for several residential communities and plans for sale within Riyadh itself. ARDCO is aware of its position in the real estate development sector and the related ongoing changes in KSA, in general, and in Riyadh, in particular.
