Mayor of Riyadh Region, Member of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Development Company

Mayor of Riyadh Region since 2019. In addition to his current position, he serves as Chairman of several organizations, companies, and boards of directors, including: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Holding Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Infrastructure Projects Center, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Remat Riyadh Development Company, and Chairman of the Arab Urban Development Institute. He is also a member of several government councils, committees, and agencies, including his membership in the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the Board of Directors of the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, and the Board of Directors of Qiddiya Investment Company.

His Highness holds a PhD in Urban Planning and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York, a second master’s degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Planning from King Saud University.
