His Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, PhD, has served as the Mayor of the Riyadh Region since 2019.
He is the Chairman of the Board for several organizations and companies, including Riyadh Holding Company, Riyadh Development Company, the Riyadh Infrastructure Project Center (RIPC), Remat Riyadh Development Company, and the Arab Urban Development Institute (AUDI).
His Highness is also an active member of numerous Boards of Directors and official committees, including the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, and Qiddiya Investment Company.
His Highness holds a PhD in Urban Planning and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York, a second master’s degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Planning from King Saud University.

Jehad Alkadi has been the CEO of Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” since December 2021. He joined ARDCO with more than 20 years of experience in the financial and investment sectors. During his career journey he held several leadership positions in several entities, including the Public Investment Fund – PIF , SEDCO Capital, Jadwa Investment and the Saudi National Bank.
He is also a member of several boards of directors, including JLL Saudi Arabia where he heads the board as its Chairman. He is also a member of the board of directors of Dur Hospitality, the Saudi Economic Association, in addition to many affiliated boards and committees.
Jehad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University in Riyadh, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Hult International Business School, and he successfully completed several executive programs in a number of prestigious universities such as Harvard Business School, London Business School, IMD Business School, and IE University in Madrid.

His Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf,PhD.Mayor of Riyadh Region and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Development Company, is a specialist in Urban Planning and Management, holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University in 2016 in Urban Planning and Management and a Master’s in 2014 in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University in New York. He is also a PhD candidate from Berkeley University.
Amer Al-Shihri has been the Chief Shared Services Officer of Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” since August 2023. He joins ARDCO with over 17 years of experience in human capital and corporate services experience in various industries including investments, consulting firms, FMCG, and manufacturing.
Mr. Amer began his career in Almarai’s Human Resources department, then moving on to several companies, the most prominent of which being Sulaiman AlRajhi Real Estate Investment Company, Ingeus/Deloitte, mobily, and PwC. There, he worked on various projects, including organizational effectiveness as well as HR system automation. In 2020, he joined SALIC Company, where he led several projects including organizational development, workplace development, and organizational restructuring, in addition to establishing some of SALIC’s subsidiaries. He is also a member of the Nominations and Rewards committee in several global companies, including G3 Canada, CFG Ukraine, SALIC Australia, and Manirva Farms Australia.
Mr. Amer holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from King Saud University.
Sulaiman N. Alhatlan began his three-decade career as a lecturer on financial programs at IPA Riyadh and has held several senior roles with prestigious organizations including Partner and CEO of HNC Company, a CMA-licensed investment banking firm. In 2021, he was appointed as Managing Director of Maharah Human Resources Company. He currently serves as a board member at Maharah HR Company, Vitrified Clay Pipes Company, Lightweight Construction Company, and Alhilal Investment Company. Mr. Alhatlan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from King Saud University in Riyadh and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from California State University.
Abdul-Ilah Abdul Rahman Saleh Al-Hussein began his career in 2011 with a customer service role at Riyad Bank. In 2011, he was appointed Deputy Director General of Abdul Rahman Al Hussein Corporation for the Transport of Goods and has also provided strategic planning for employees of the Catalyst Company. Mr. Al-Hussein serves as an executive board member at Abdul Ilah bin Abdul Rahman Al Hussein & Partner Transport Company and Al Emdad Al Raed Cement Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Management from King Abdulaziz University and has also studied languages in the United States.
Mr. Abdulaziz Almojel is the Executive Director of Internal audit at Riyadh Development Company (ARDCO), he is responsible for the audit, which aims primarily to serve the company in achieving its objectives by following these include the organization’s risks, operational effectiveness, control environment and compliance with rules and regulations. Abdulaziz has more than 11 years of experience in internal audit. He was the Head of Internal Audit for Approximately 3 years at Derayah Financial Company and the head of Internal Audit for more than 3 years at Higher Education Fund and 3 years at Al-Nayifat Finance Company. He spent nearly 6 years at KPMG in the Department of Zakat, Tax and Risk Management. Completed his MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, UK in 2014.

Fahad Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Kassim’s distinguished career spans more than three decades, during which he has excelled in a series of senior roles encompassing financial, administrative, and auditing consultancy in the healthcare, retail, and real estate sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors of Savola Group, Jarir Marketing Co., Dallah Health, Dur hospitality Co., Dr. Mohammed Rashid Al Fagih & Associates, Al Rajhi United Investment Holding Co., Alargan Projects Company, Mohammed abdulaiizAIHabib, Abdullah Ibrahim Al Subeaei Holding (AIMS), larir investment Co., Fincorp Investment Holding Co., Areei Commercial investment Co. Ltd., and Basiqat AIKhalij. Mr. Al Kassim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from King Saud University, and has completed the prestigious Advanced Management and Leadership Program at Oxford University.
Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Albahouth is a member of the Board of Directors of Riyadh Development Company.
Mr. Abdullah is the General Manager of the Insurance Excellence Department at the General Organization for Social Insurance, where he previously held numerous leadership positions. He is currently a member of Yamama Cement Co.’s Board of Directors, and a member of its Audit Committee. Previously, he held the positions of Managing Director at the Riyadh Development Company, a member of Ewan International Housing Co.’s Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, as well as a member of Dar Al Tamleek’s Board of Directors and its Risk Committee.
Mr. Abdullah holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Guelph in Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research from King Saud University.
Majed Nasser Alsubeaei’s career spans three decades, during which he has held a number of senior roles including Real Estate Project Manager at Mohammad Ibrahim Alsubeaei & sons Investment Co (MASIC) and Associate Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley. In 2009, he was appointed as CEO of Nasser Alsubeaei Investments, and in 2019 took up the post of Managing Director at Awaser Investment Company. He currently sits on the board of directors of Saudi Automotive Services Company, ARDCO, and Mohamad Ibrahim Alsubeaei & Sons Investment. Mr. Alsubeaei holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from King Saud University.
Nayef Ibrahim Muhammad Al-Hadithi launched his career in 2015 with Colliers International real estate consultancy. Since 2020, he has been working in business development at Al Madaen Star Group, where he currently also serves as a member of the board of directors. Mr. Al-Hadithi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial management from the University of Arizona.
Ali Abdullah Saleh Al-Hassoun has more than 38 years of experience in supervising and conducting administrative and technical work. He holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Planning.
Waleed Alkharji has been the Chief Wholesale Markets Officer / Acting Chief Commercial Centers Officer for Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” and joined the company in September 2021. He joined ARDCO with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, technology and operations sectors working with several entities, most notably STC.
Waleed started his professional career in the year 2001 in the technology sector as a Systems Analyst in a contracting company with STC, which enabled him to move to STC in no time, where he worked for 14 years until he became General Manager of Trade Enablement in the Consumer Sector. He also led the development of many services and products within communications, financial systems, customer relations and billing systems. He participated in many transformation projects and initiatives with the Ministry of Communications, the Communication & Information Technology Commission (CITC), and the Presidency of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.
Waleed holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems from King Saud University in 2001. He also holds many certificates, the most important of which is the Certificate of Completion of the Digital Transformation Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Fayez Al-Ahmari has been the Executive Director of Board Affairs and Secretary of Riyadh Development Company since January 2023. He joined Riyadh Development Company in 2001. During his career, he was part of many administrative positions in the company until 2007, then moved to the position of Legal Advisor in Dr. Ahmed Zaki Yamani Legal Office. He moved to Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Real Estate Investment Company as a legal advisor in 2008. After that, he moved back to Riyadh Development Company in 2010 as Head of the Legal Affairs Unit, Legal Advisor and Secretary of the board. In addition to his work, he was assigned to manage several departments in Riyadh Development Company, including the Director of the Human Resources Department, the Executive Director of the International Auto Auction, and the General Manager of Legal Affairs. He has more than 20 years of experience.
Mr. Fayez Al-Ahmari holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University in Riyadh, and has also completed several training courses in law, governance, and the secretariat of boards of directors. He is also a member of the Saudi Bar Association.
Anas Najmi has been the Chief Strategy Officer for Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” since April 2022. He joined ARDCO with more than 16 years of experience in the sectors of consumer goods, retail, real estate development and city development and has worked with several entities including Unilever, Nahdi Medical Company, Emaar the Economic City and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.
Anas began his career as a Category Brand Manager at Unilever in 2008. He was responsible for developing, marketing, selling and managing global consumer goods in Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Then, in 2014, Anas joined Nahdi Medical Company as Senior Manager of the Private Label Division. After that, Anas has joined Emaar, The Economic City in 2016, where he advanced until he became the Senior Director and Head of the Quality of Life Sector. In 2020, Anas moved to government as a Strategy Advisor and head of Riyadh City Marketing and Investment Promotion sector at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City leading many of its programs and initiatives.
Anas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He also attended programs on Negotiation Strategies and Marketing Planning from INSEAD and Georgetown, respectively. He has also led several community programs with Prince’s Charities and Mosaic Leadership Summit in London and Manchester, UK that aimed at promoting Leadership in the Community.
Mohammed Alkulaib has been the Chief Financial Officer of Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” since June 2022. He joined ARDCO with more than 19 years of experience in the financial field in the manufacturing sectors working with several entities including STC, the Arabian Oil Company (Aramco), the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and ARASCO.
Mohamed started his career in 2003 in the accounting sector, at STC. Then he moved to the Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) as a Cost Compliance Analyst until 2003. Then he moved to the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and rose to become Senior Manager of Finance. Then he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer of ARASCO, a publicly listed company.
On the academic level, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, from King Faisal University in 2003. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, from Murray State University, as well as a CMA certificate for management accounting.

Wael Jundi has been the Chief Investment Officer of Riyadh Development Company “ARDCO” since January 2022. He joined ARDCO with more than 20 years of experience in the investment sector, establishing real estate funds and real estate development with several entities, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Sino Gulf.
Wael holds a PhD in economics from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, in addition to a master’s degree in finance with distinction from the same university through the (Chevening) scholarship offered by the British government for outstanding students in the Middle East, and a master’s degree in Political Science and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. In addition to the above, Wael has completed the Executive Leadership Program from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
