AlTameer Market for meat and vegetables specializes in selling meat, fish and fresh produce. Strict measures are applied to ensure high levels of food safety and quality.

The products are sold under the supervision of a specialized department in cooperation with the Riyadh Municipality Office located inside the market.

It’s main goal is to direct sustainable businesses that can be replicated in the rest of the Kingdom, while driving investments in the areas of meat, vegetables and fruit trade to keep pace with the requirements of the local market.

Otaiqah Central Market is a major retail location for a wide range of Riyadh’s food needs, including vegetables, fruits, dates, meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and milk.

The market is operated by AlTameer Company based on the contract signed with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs with the aim of re-establishing, investing, operating, and maintaining the place for a period of 25 years.

AlTameer Riyadh Market consists of 8 separate buildings containing 154 rental offices and shops for traders specialized in the wholesale and retail trade of produce, dates, and agricultural equipment.

The center was built near AlTameer market to sell wholesale vegetables and fruits to provide a wide range of selling services to consumers. This integrated model has seen steady growth over the years.

AlTameer Fruits & Vegetables Wholesale Market is designed for both wholesale suppliers and buyers in the fruit and vegetable business.

The market is also considered one of the largest gates for the trade of local and foreign vegetables and fruits to all parts of the Kingdom, the Gulf countries and the Arab countries.

The complex includes several sites, cold stores, a central laboratory, as well as a sorting and packaging plant.

The public transport center is an integrated land port (similar service systems in airports and others) that serves the needs of travelers departing and arriving in Riyadh (locally and internationally).

The center is characterized by the presence of various types of commercial facilities (restaurants, shops, etc.) and multi-purpose offices (Ministry of Commerce, General Directorate of Passports, Drug Control), which are equipped with the latest technological developments.

AlTameer International Auto Auction consists of an administrative building in addition to a large space for storing and conducting auctions on vehicles.

The area includes 9 bidding lanes, with a capacity of 1,800 cars every three hours and a storage capacity of 20,000 cars.

The auction stores, cleans, and inspects the cars and then offers them for sale as a neutral broker without any involvement in the buying process.

AlTameer Tilal al Riyadh promotes the development of residential real estate units with the latest technology, equipment and infrastructure to support an integrated community in which the residents of the neighborhood live.

On May 20, 2019, AlTameer, in partnership with Sumou Holding Company, established Tanal Real Estate Investment and Development Company.

Land (1,798,345 sqm) developed, 1,090,482 sqm sold, 707,862 sqm (491,115 sqm – development share) to date.
